Need to redesign Menu
Menu must be configurable not static
If content is less than Nav bar size, bot nav over rides nav bar
Due to PHP File Security. I will have the file list be created in a text file and not generated by the server.

Notes:

Dev-Time Restrictions, Church, Family, must do Work Tickets, Work, House Tasks and other misc. Distractions.
Bot Nav bar Auto Adjusts based on Content Length
FIXED: If content is less than menu height then bot bar is under menu.
Going back to dev of my own php/html mix rather than using WordPress for higher preformance.
FIXED: Menu now pulls page based on selection.
ADDED: 404 Error Page for invalid page request or broken links. -- Error Processing still with the use of one index.html file :D

This Document is a TEXT file. I can include any file into my Template and can accept HTML code for any file the user wants to include in this HTML Template.

Table added to fix column position, Content Placing and Bottom Nav Bar

Rebuild Page -- It may be as easy as to create a php script that will get a list if files and the build the page index based on the files on the server by a given extension. IF I use the Rebuild Page option, I could provide a URL with a warning about time required to generate pages, only needs to be regenerated when new files have been uploaded, not when updates to existing files have been uploaded.
